They come and pick up your car and take it to the dealership for service. The work that they do is phenomenal. Highly recommended! Then they bring your car back to your house no charge.

Service advisor was friendly. However when I made appointment, I requested specific service. Not all requests were done. Apart was not even ordered. I had to go back to have part installed, albeit with no charge.

George in service is the best, great communication and got my truck right. I brought the truck in again to have the bumper repainted. They did top notch paint work and gave the truck back clean. I highly recommend ford of port Richey. Specifically George in service and Jayden in sales if you need a new superduty.
My only complaint is not being able to get thru to service when calling dealership....always must leave message.....so do... never to be returned a call leave messages in early a.m. still by 2:30 p.m. still no return call .....then have to navigate thru departments to get to someone
It’s been a year since I purchased my used eco sport. There were there the whole time and very helpful! The service is phenomenal! 1 year later and they still texting me for a happy anniversary greeting! Everytime there is something wrong with my car or I need maintenance, I go to them, even though I know it’s expensive than others. I guess it’s their service and commitment. I’m just glad I came here, people saying dealership is expensive. But I think for me, it’s worth the extra money for the service they are providing.
