My service rep, Steve, was very proactive to ensure that my vehicle was done ASAP. So I could start my vacation.

Went in on a Friday to have my oil changed and fuel filters...took 3hrs the next Friday I looked up under my truck and noticed oil running down my just changed last week oil filter that they didn't tighten.... mistakes like that can cause a lot of $$$

My service advisor Steve made sure everything was handled and also made sure we had a vehicle to use while our vehicle was getting serviced.

Professional, respectful, and always friendly. Have purchased our fords exclusively at Ford of Port Richey. Will recommend them to anyone that wants quality service and personnel that care about what you want.

I didn't know that Saturdays were so backed up and busy. This was my first time scheduling on a Saturday. Took 2 1/2 + hours to get oil change, tire rotation and air filter. Booking with AI didn't tell me that there would be a long wait. I won't book on a weekend again.

I showed up at 7:35 on a Saturday morning for an 8:00 appointment for a simple oil change. Everybody was nice and pleasant and my car got moved into the service bays within a few minutes of my arrival. The service advisor said to hang tight, it would take about 90 minutes (for an oil change, mind-you). Around 9:00 I started to wonder where my car was. You would think I would already be on my way home, but no. I decided to walk the parking lot around the service bays to see where my car was so I could find out what's going on. It's 9:20 by that time and I find the young man working on my Mustang. He literally just started and the only thing he had done was take the oil cap off. I told him to stop, put the cap back on and bring my car back outside. I found out that my car had been put on the bottom of the work list for the day, which means they work on the car at the end of the day if they have time and if they don't get to it today, they'll get to it tomorrow... for an oil change with the customer waiting. I tried to talk to the service advisor about it and he literally blew me off. I got the yeah, yeah, yeah. I was mad and he knew it but chose to ignore me anyway. I talked with the service manager who apologized profusely and tried to make it right, but the damage had already been done. After the service advisor blew me off, my anger went to a completely different level of xxxxxx. I'm a reasonable person and it takes an awful lot to get me that mad. My problem is with the insincerity of the service advisor who had no interest in even talking to me after I identified the problem and the number of mechanics who were in the shop joking and smoking with each other, not doing anything. I could see the guys just standing around chit-chatting. This Ford dealership lost a customer today. I won't be back.

My tech George Xenos was outstanding. His concern for me was above and beyond. They oil change, systems check and tire rotation was does in a timely manner. He's a true asset to Ford of Port Richey Service Department.
