Even though I ultimately didn’t purchase due to timing and personal circumstances (nothing related to the dealership), he was patient, knowledgeable, and never once used a high-pressure sales approach. He met with me multiple times, answered all of my questions, gave me space to browse when I wanted it, and walked me through several lease and finance options without making me feel rushed or pressured. I get my oil changed here and why in the world does it take 2 hours to do an oil change is beyond me. Please figure out a way to do it better, that would be greatly appreciated. And yes I do have a reservation and am on time to it.

We were very happy with our service initially. They were prompt and communicative about our service throughout the process. Less than two weeks later we were at a friend’s house when our friend noticed an oil spot on their driveway. We investigated and found it came from our truck. We crawled under and found the oil drain plug was not tight, allowing a slight drip out of the drain pan. We added a quart of oil and the level was perfect. Had we missed the leak it might have damaged the engine.
I am so grateful for Frank in Service! I had been to a place that I had been to for over 15 years, they nearly ruined my engine by over filling the oil. I called Ford, and left message for someone to call me back from Service. Within one minute Frank called me back, I explained what happened, and he said bring to him, said he would take care of it. He did, and so graciously. put me at ease, he had Tony drive me home, gave me his text if had any questions. Called back when he said he would, and another great guy named Steve picked me up and took me to retrieve my car. Amazing people at this dealership! I am so grateful!! I have found a new home for my Ford Escape and will never go anywhere else but here as long as I live in Florida. Thank you at Ford!
