We brought in a fleet Ford Transit with an inoperative passenger lock and sliding door. I had recently been given the runaround by Veterans Ford (they said it wasn't covered by the bumper-to-bumper warranty and tried to charge me $1,450). Ford of Port Richey had both problems fixed within an hour...and they cut me a key for free!!! Great communications...great service.
