Weird sales tactics. They didnt have as good of deals as other dealerships and loffwred a lower trade in value but kept pushing a false narrative of "the only thing that matters is otd numbers" and then when they didnt have the best otd numbers it changed to "those dealers can change the msrp on those trucks"

Y'all have got to go see Dominick and the team. My Dad was a car salesman for more than 20 years locally in Pasco. So when I say Dominick didn't beat around the bush and was kind, honest and answered all is my questions straight up I very much mean it. Same with the finance department. I told them what I was approved for, what I wanted... And they beat it, kept me in my price range and extended my warranty. It'd be five star but service did a poor job cleaning the inside for me before we left. I know I was the last car of the night but.. woke up the next morning trying to show off my new ride only to have friends and family go "did you see this" and have to clean.

Everything was good.

Joey and Kyle made the car buying experience quick, easy, and straightforward. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the truck I was considering and explained everything throughly and made sure I understood.

Well my wife and I we bought a 2025 ford explorer st line the sales man mike and Jayson both of them really took the time to help us we were very happy with them taking care of us.Now let’s get to the bad part we found we’re are explorer had paint areas that were not finished and ford them self not the dealership took their sweet time to get back with my service advisor lane so he could get it done so the dealership could move forward.Now are service advisor KEAUNE I will say this he absolutely went above and beyond to get my wife’s explorer done and my wife was very happy with him taking care of us.Not only that he also took care of are daughter as well with her explore so thank you to him getting us taking care of

Highly recommend John Milano as a Salesman. From the first meeting, thru the process, and post sale, he has been excellent. He is sincere, straight forward, available, and friendly. Wasn't planning to purchase this quickly, but dealing with John, and getting a deal I felt was reasonable, made the decision to close easy. Bought well more than a dozen new vehicles in my life, and John is the best Salesman I've experienced. If you're looking, buy from John. And tell him Bill K with the 2026 Ranger recommended you.

George Xenos in service is incredible! He not only took care of my truck, but kept me informed of the progress as well. George is the best!

The service representative explained everything to me before starting. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. I was there for an oil change but they also did a thorough safety and maintenance inspection, alerting me to a couple issues that will need attention soon. The price for my service was a happy surprise. This is the second time out of two visits I've driven away from Ford of Port Richey completely satisfied.

Great experience. No BS. Their first trade in value was at the high end of what I wanted. Went in at 3:30pm and left at 6:30pm with everything done. Team was courteous and efficient. Very minimal haggling.

Took my car in for service to have my wiper arms repaired. Parts were needed so they set up a an Uber to take me home. My advisor Allen took good care of me. I was able to get my car first thing the next day. What really Impresses me is that they use video done by the tech showing me the problem and showing me the repair. Alan even brought me the broken part. I highly recommend them. I’ve owned my vehicle for two years there, It is a 2021 Ford Explorer. I’ve always used them for the oil and tire and anything else that I need taken care of and done in a time And very professional.

If you want quality inventory to shop, ethical financing options as well as SUPERLATIVE customer care, do not waist your time going anywhere but here!! I worked with Anthony, Brayan and Melquis. All specialists in specific parts of the buying process, all operating as a team. I feel like the team here starts the work day with a meeting in which they say to each other, "How can we best accommodate everyone we meet today?" As opposed to, "We have numbers that we need to hit today, make it happen at all costs". "All costs" typically being to the detriment of us, the consumers. I have shopped many a dealership and this is the FIRST and ONLY time in which the team at the dealership had mine and my families best interest as the number one focus of the process. Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism is the standard here, Friendliness is an added perk! Anthony, Brayan and Melquis created an environment in which a relationship of trust has been built. If I have a need of any kind pertaining to a recent purchase, future purchases, or maintenance, they are gonna be the team I'm calling! I am so grateful for Frank in Service! I had been to a place that I had been to for over 15 years, they nearly ruined my engine by over filling the oil. I called Ford, and left message for someone to call me back from Service. Within one minute Frank called me back, I explained what happened, and he said bring to him, said he would take care of it. He did, and so graciously. put me at ease, he had Tony drive me home, gave me his text if had any questions. Called back when he said he would, and another great guy named Steve picked me up and took me to retrieve my car. Amazing people at this dealership! I am so grateful!! I have found a new home for my Ford Escape and will never go anywhere else but here as long as I live in Florida. Thank you at Ford!

Melquis was very helpful and delivered as promised. Great dealership.

Minor service with an Oil change and one recall and Frank my service advisor for the past several years was very attentive to my questions.

Very friendly staff. No pushing. No back and forth on price. And a couple slices of free pizza as well
