Purchasing my 2024 Ford Edge was fast and easy with Joey and Kyle. Upon delivery is where the disappointment set in. A tow hitch was installed for me and I immediately noticed wires hanging and the rear bumper was extremely loose. Instead of two key fobs they only had one. It has been the only place I have purchased my vehicles for the last 20 years. With the turnover of personnel and continual emails and texts for service I didn't have done, I'm tired of them. They are trying too hard to get back customers they might have lost. Sometimes less is more!!!

We had an amazing time purchasing a Bronco Sport with Hayden and Kyle! In and out in less than 2 hours, with 2 babies under 2! No back and forth foolery, no wasting each other’s time with games. We got the car we wanted for the advertised price. Definitely worth the drive from Temple Terrace. These guys were excellent, highly recommended.

I was able to work with Dominick Menech in sales. My wife Avis and just recently bought a Lincoln Navigator from Ford Port Richie. I had a wonderful experience buying the car. Dominick was able to bring me the new car since I live 5 hours away and we got a great deal.
Quick, easy, polite. They sent me a video review after the work was done and it was very thorough and helpful. I haven't seen any other place doing that yet so I thought it was pretty cool. I used to avoid going to the dealerships for work done on my vehicle but this experience has changed my mind. Ford, Port Richey has my vote for sure!!!

I tried twice to make an appointment via phone. Both times , it was an AI voice answering. After not being able to get any answers, I was shunted to a voicemail. I left my name, number and a brief message both times. I never received a call back. My son suggested trying an online appt. This worked fine, and both the mechanics and the service manager did their job very well.

I’ve purchased 14 vehicles in my lifetime, and this was BY FAR my best buying experience ever. John Milano was prompt and fair with the negotiation on the phone. Sales Manager Rich Chansky made sure to make me feel his gratitude for my business. Finance Manager Curt Degarmo was respectful, and not pushy. But the MVP was Hayden Stevens. He was a pro all the way through. Highly recommend asking to work with Hayden if you can!

Allan and Dustin did a great job - your AI booking services however are the worst - I called 5 different times and left a vm with her and evidently she doesn't check her own messages - I finally called and asked for Sales in order to speak to a real person - the Service Dept should not be at the mercy of an AI system. I almost went to a different dealership for service.
