I have used this dealership to service both of my Ford vehicles since November 2018 and have consistently receive excellent service from everyone. Unfortunately, our 2018 Fusion has suffered the dreaded coolant intrusion fault requiring the replacement of the engine block. Ford Motor Corporation identified this as a recurring issue in 2022 and issued Customer Satisfaction Program 21N12 but limited the coverage of their resolution which excludes our vehicle. Amazing experience with service. After two AWFUL experiences with Karl Flammer Ford in Tarpon Springs, I was extremely hesitant to set foot in another Ford service department. In fact, it took me 3 months to actually take my vehicle in. Caden was my advisor at Ford of Port Richey, he’s great - very informative, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend utilizing this service department, my vehicle was looked at and I received updates same day. Once the part was ordered and installed, it was an easy pick up and I was on my way.

This is the best service center I have ever been to for any brand of car. I have been coming here for about 3 years now and they are always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They give good time estimates and keep you updated. My most recent experience with Blaize was incredibly good. It was the best service experience ever. She was not only friendly but she really knew what she was talking about and explained things well.

My wife and I purchased a new Ford Mustang from Ford of Port Richey. I have been buying cars every 2 to 3 yrs for the past 27 yrs, and this purchase was, by far the best buying experience I have ever had! My salesman and his sales manager hooked me up with a really sweet deal, they gave me what I was asking for, for my trade, and we were able to seal the deal in less than 2 hrs. Great dealership! We're looking forward to doing business here again.

I came up to the dealership when another Ford dealership - not far from there - were unable to help me after sitting in their waiting room for two hours. Taylor Alvarez was fantastic! She got me in and out inside an hour, and the price was outstanding. The other dealership wanted to charge me $1000 to fix a part that wasn’t actually broken, and Taylor and the team figured out what the real issue was, and took care of it. Highly recommended.

Honestly a wonderful experience. Hayden Stevens had helped me out with looking and securing my first car, and he had done everything in his power to help me. Went in at noon and left at 2pm with the thought that I might not be getting it, only for him to stay longer than his scheduled time to make sure I can secure that car and bring it home with me. The process only took a maximum of 3 hours and my time there was honestly not what I was expecting when trying to buy my first car. Thank you!

I will never go anywhere else with my Thor Vegas 2021 motorhome. Their service people were awesome and I walked away free, no cost, zero, nada !!! They were very fast, (days not months) as previous dealership, where I’d bought it new! I had a couple recalls (Ford) and an insurance claim (rodent damage 😡) that was not done to my satisfaction by the original dealership. I had a bad experience with a driver named Alfred from this facility. Not only was he an hour late, I was afraid to give him my car. He was very unprofessional to say the least. Wasn't sure if I wanted to use this service again but this time I got Linda and Kelly. I was so impressed with them that I don't want anyone else coming to get my car.
