There’s nothing more daunting than purchasing a vehicle, especially since it’s the largest purchase of a consumable item you will ever make. The dealership did a great job. The sales person, Mike Black was very easy to work with, a solid professional with exceptional communication follow through. I got to speak with the General Sales Manager as well as the GM of the store. I had a great experience with all departments and never felt pressured to do anything. Overall, I would definitely buy from Ford of Port Richey again.
Ask for Pete Mancini he is truly Customer focused. You don’t see a lot of people that care about their customer.

They come and pick up your car and take it to the dealership for service. The work that they do is phenomenal. Highly recommended! Then they bring your car back to your house no charge.

Service advisor was friendly. However when I made appointment, I requested specific service. Not all requests were done. Apart was not even ordered. I had to go back to have part installed, albeit with no charge.
