Initially went to a different dealership for service (Wesley Chapel) and was told that it would take 5 to 7 days to do some diagnostic tests on my car in order to look into some concerns I was having. I had red flags and called over to Ford of Port Richey where I was told that a diagnosis could be done within an hour and the prices for the diagnosis and oil change were much less than Wesley Chapel was going to charge. I made the trek to Port Richey and was assisted by Steve in the service department. He took a drive with me to understand my concerns and within a few hours, I had some answers to what repairs were needed. We made a plan for the repairs, I was assisted with a rental car so I wasn't stranded, and within 2 days, I had my car back. I hate dealing with car repair service reps because I have had so many bad experiences at other locations and I never really trust service reps, but Steve was very professional, very helpful, explained the issues and seemed generally interested in helping with repairs but didn't try to push anything. I got my car back in 2 days and the drive feels so much better than it did. Knocking on wood that this service will carry me and my family safely through many more miles in my car!
