I bought a Focus from you a little over two years ago and I just recently came back and traded my Focus is and bought a Fusion. I want to say them main reason I can back to your dealership, was because of Steve Wollack. He has been so good me me on my Focus, that I knew, if or when I bought another car, it would be through your dealership, because of all the help and honestly Steve has given me. The service on my car, which never went any where, but to your dealership and will be the same for my Fusion, by the way I have never loved a car so much in my life. Great car at a great price, it was the service that brought me back. I know that I can ask Steve anything and he will get my the best price and the best service there is to offer. So, for the second car I have bought through you, it was becasue of Steve and the fine service he has provided me for my car's. He is the one who has given me the most upstanding service, out of any dealership I had purchased a car from. That is the most important part to me, because your car has to be serviced and you want nothing, but the best and that is all that has been ever offered to me, by Steve.

I just wanted to extend an E-mail and let you know how amazing it is to work with your organization and staff yearly, and this last event this year you went far above and beyond for your staff and the dogs needing homes so badly. I know this is coming a little late, but I had to abruptly leave shortly after the event out of state to handle a family death and estate so I apologize for the delay.
